Who controls your data?

The controller for dracell.lt is Satva, UAB, company code 301069792, Akmenų g. 12, LT-92347 Klaipėda, Lithuania. For privacy questions and rights requests, contact info@dracell.lt. The company director administers the website.

2. Orders and accounts

To accept orders, administer payment and arrange delivery, we use the name, email, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, order contents, amounts, delivery choices and payment status you provide. Company details are processed where supplied for invoicing. The legal bases are steps to enter into or perform a contract under GDPR Article 6(1)(b), and accounting or other legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c). We cannot fulfil an order without the required information marked in checkout. You may purchase without creating an account. Existing account information is used to administer access and associated orders.

3. Enquiries and security

We use contact details and correspondence to answer messages. Contract-related enquiries are handled to perform the contract; general enquiries rely on our legitimate interest in answering requests under Article 6(1)(f). IP addresses, request times, browser information, login and security events may be processed to protect the website and data and prevent abuse. Google reCAPTCHA protects forms and Wordfence supports website security.

4. Newsletters

Brevo was used to send one newsletter campaign. Further sending requires a documented lawful basis. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it using the unsubscribe link or by emailing info@dracell.lt. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior lawful processing. Newsletter subscription is not required to purchase. Automatic Brevo website integrations, contact synchronisation and Web Push are currently disabled; this does not itself delete contacts previously held in the Brevo account.

5. Recipients

Interneto vizija provides website hosting and email. The director and bookkeeper process accounting data as needed. Necessary delivery details are provided to the selected carrier; the shop offers DPD. Payment providers displayed at checkout include WooPayments and Stripe, while banks handle bank transfers. These providers receive information necessary to process, authenticate and protect payments. The full card number and security code are not disclosed to the Seller. Google services may support consent-based analytics and form protection; Brevo holds newsletter data. Wordfence / Defiant may provide security services. Authorities receive information when legally required. Recipients receive only information necessary for their role.

6. Processing outside the EEA

International payment, Google, Brevo and security providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. For example, Stripe’s policy mentions the United States and India. Applicable protections may include European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses with necessary additional safeguards. To request details of a particular recipient, transfer basis or a copy of safeguards, contact info@dracell.lt. Provider information: Stripe, WooCommerce payments, Google transfer frameworks, Brevo, Wordfence.

7. Retention

VAT invoices are retained for 10 years from issue. The bookkeeper helps determine the statutory periods for other accounting document categories. This does not justify keeping all technical or marketing data for the same period.

Completed-order operational data: normally 24 months from completion, separating mandatory accounting records and necessary evidence for unresolved returns, warranties or disputes.

Final cancelled, failed or unpaid orders: normally 30 days from final status unless payment, accounting or a dispute justifies longer retention.

General enquiries: normally 12 months from resolution. Contract or dispute correspondence follows the relevant matter’s period.

Inactive accounts are reviewed after 24 months without login or an order, separating records that must be retained.

Consent-based newsletter subscriptions: until withdrawal or 24 months after the last provable active subscriber action. Automated email-open signals alone do not extend the period. A minimal opt-out record may be retained to prevent re-enrolment; consent evidence is retained only as reasonably necessary for accountability or a specific dispute.

Security logs and backups are assessed according to purpose, incident-investigation needs and each system’s replacement cycle. Data is not kept longer than necessary. The director reviews retention needs periodically, at least quarterly. Limited evidence needed for a particular dispute may be retained until final resolution and expiry of the applicable claims period. Bulk automatic deletion is not used: records that must legally be retained are separated first.

8. Cookies and your choice

Necessary cookies support your basket, checkout session, security and preferences. WooCommerce may use woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart and wp_woocommerce_session_ cookies. The moove_gdpr_popup cookie stores your cookie choice for a configured 365 days, although you may change it earlier.

Optional Google Analytics should load only after you allow the analytics category. You can reject it and still shop. Analytics may use _ga and measurement-ID-related cookies. Necessary payment and protection services, including Stripe and reCAPTCHA, explain their processing in their own policies. Your browser lets you inspect and delete stored cookies; deleting necessary cookies may require you to choose settings again or rebuild your basket. Cookie consent does not itself subscribe you to a newsletter.

Change cookie settings

9. Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent. Contact info@dracell.lt. Identity checks are limited to what is necessary. We respond within one month and communicate any lawful extension and its reasons within that period. An erasure request does not override statutory accounting obligations.

10. Complaints and updates

You may complain to Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate if you believe your data protection rights have been breached. The current version and date are displayed here; material changes are explained clearly.

["post-3021","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry
"1536x1536":false,"2048x2048":false
["GET
